Regarding structural design, such as double air channels, sealing row design, thread details, and glass size, I will dedicate an article to describe them.
◆The most important points of the design(for 510 vape cartridge,all in one vape and cbd disposable vape) are:
1. Quartz Coil must be used instead of ceramic material because quartz material is more stable; it will not react chemically with CBD oil when heated.
2. The power range must be 3- 4W, which means the voltage cannot exceed the resistance, which is approximately 3 ohms.
3. The CBD vapes must have a preheating function, because low-temperature oil solidifies very easily; therefore, you must preheat it to become a liquid before use.
4. We chose a larger oil inlet hole size than the conventional one: diameter 2.2 mm, with four oil inlet holes. The advantage of this design is that the oil can enter the heating element for atomization in a very balanced manner.
5. We chose the position of the oil inlet to be flush with the bottom of the oil cup, or even lower, to ensure that not a drop of such precious LIVE ROSIN is wasted.
6. The critical technology is that we use a design without a central pole to ensure optimal performance of our atomization and a perfect result.
