As a professional CBD vape manufacturer, developing a qualified CBD 510 atomizer is a necessary quality for a factory.Now i will show all the details for you about the process of design for cbd cart.

First, we choose a suitable diameter for the CBD 510 cartridge:∅10.5mm, which is the same size as the Ccell cartridge.
Sencond we need confirm which materials we will use.This time ,to differentiate ourselves from the metal center pole atomizers on the market, we chose to use ceramic materials instead. Our new design is named the Full Ceramic 510 CBD Cartridge.
Then we also need Make a sketch for it,as follows.

After the 3D sketch,we must confirm each parameters we design is right :
>The ceramic tip and plastic stand are a good fit
>All silicone tightening values should be precise to ensure that there is no oil leakage
>check the right parameters of ceramic coil such as porosity, alumina or zirconia, diameter, resistance, etc
>Since we chose the material for the ceramic center tube, the oil inlet holes had to be selected at the time of mold opening,we chosse 4*2.0mm as the standard,to ensure the CBD cartridge is proof and good to fit most of the THC or cannabis oil
>make sure the thread on bottom is 510 thread(510 is the standard for vape) ,it means we must do the thread to:M7*0.5mm
until now,we can start this full ceramic cbd cartridge project,other cbd atomizers:full glass 510 cartridge,Ccell,Cookies vape,all also can refer to it this way
